I've been to New York only once before. When we deployed to Germany I flew in with my girls, Shannon and Kaleigh and Dani (in tummy) way back in 1984. Sandee GRACIOUSLY offered to allow us to stay with her in her home for the extended weekend!!!!
I was to meet up with Tanya at the airport...(texted her from the plane that she would know me...because I was wearing BLACK shoes...and with that in mind..we found each other almost immediately..)
One of Sandee's handsome sons, David, picked us up from the airport...

and a bracelet with matching earrings...
well...blogspot is saying that I may have trouble PUBLISHING this post...and as you can see from the date above..and seeing that today is actually FRIDAY THE 29TH...it has taken me a bit to get this all uploaded and written...so the next SCREAM you hear...round the world...could be that it DIDN'T PUBLISH...and in case it does...consider that scream...to be JOYFUL!

Halloween 2010 swap time! Just finished my ornaments for this year...and they are "under wraps" and "watchful eyes"!
They are all ready to go to the post office...
Can't show you what's inside...and my sweet little helper is holding onto the secret real tight!
Stay tuned for the REVEAL...(after everyone gets theirs)
In previous years...I've done these...
I went out this year and stumbled upon a black velboa tree. Had to get it because my white feather tree is FULL!!! So as they begin to roll in...we will be taking pics of the trees...full of spooky splendor!!!
Hugz til next time!!!
