Lazy Sunday afternoon

Starting off by venting...went to the store on Wednesday...in a HUGE hurry...and got a couple things...$40.29..girl folded up my receipt..and handed it to me....I stuck it into my purse...and left...

Went home to check the bank transactions..etc..to balance everything...(david being on the road...likes to use the debit card..easier than carrying cash... so i have to make it all good...and just in case i find that special something something..ya know..lol) well i couldn't figure out where i had spent 80.29...at...hmmmm...that amount didn't ring a bell...so i pulled out all my receipts..and there it was...my grocery receipt...WITH A 40.00 TIP ON IT...AS CASH BACK!!!!! I called the store..and they are going to "review the security tapes..." that are at each register...but the guy that does it...won't be in til tomorrow...then they have to go back...all i know is that I DIDN'T GET 40.00.....okay..breathe 2,3,4....UGH...

Wonder if YOU have as many photos just waiting for altering like i do....well probably not...i am a pathological picture taker...like the sidebar states...well if you do...

Looks like GREAT FUN!!!!

Rummages netted some great lovelies!!! Vintage compact with pink roses..and a swing out double mirror! Large white chippy picture frame...full baggie of new embroidery floss...and birdie nest with 12 little afirmation eggs...a sweet dream angel...some rusty old keys...some vintage dotted swiss (white with pink dots) and some soft soft rose colored rosey fabric.....lots of little goodies!!!

Got some cute pics of Maxx...(well when AREN'T they cute..lol) modeling his new Baby Legs!





This is how Shannon let Kevin know he was getting a new bat for father's day! (He's getting it early because they only have a couple weeks of baseball left....)



I got to do a page for Maxx and our visit to the wild animal display...at Bass Pro shop...



Just wish i could have caught his expression when he saw what was lurking behind him!!

Found out my name is in the new Somerset Gallery...for the coordinator of the black and white book collaborative that I submitted TWO YEARS AGO...can't wait to see it!!! (even if it is just my name..lol)
Hope everyone is having a great finish to the weekend....the guys just cranked up the grill...so food can't be long off!
