OF ALL THE HARMFUL TOYS THAT HAVE BEEN PLAGUEING...US OF LATE...and today they posted that AQUA DOTS...IF INGESTED...(they stick together when they become wet...(hmmm lets just stick a couple together with a lick of the tongue...yep did that) and now they say that they contain a chemical that is equivalent to THE DATE RAPE DRUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm beginning to rethink all the toys that were possibly on Christmas lists this year! I am ever so fearful that between the lead paint...tiny magnets from dolls that could fall out and perforate an intestine if swallowed...GOOD LORD...WHAT NEXT!!!...IT'S A WAR ON THE CHILDREN.....

I am SO glad I put them back down last mnth when going to buy them. How crazy is that? Why on EARTH would someone even *THINK* to market and sell to children? Greed is remarkable, isn't it?
i know Barbara, as soon as I read it I called my friend. She had just bought Aqua dots for her son. It is just a shame.

omg what is the world coming to - is this country (naming no names) producing all these toys trying to wipe out our kids....!!! I am so glad that mine have all grown up and dont need me to go through the minefield that is childrens toys these days.
I am wondering if aqua dots goes under another name here in the Uk so that I can warn friends!!!
I haven't a clue what Aqua Dots are . . . but it sure sounds like a name that would have been put on a type of blotter acid back in the '70s . . .
eeyyyyiiii . . . so, I just won't buy any Aqua dots . . . although I am now curious as to what the heck they would be!!!!
